OUR TESTIMONIALS
Our Customer's Reviews
dined here with my mum a few days ago now and was an all round pleasant experience, i had the lasagne, my mum had the burger and both were absolutely lovely well worth the visit staff full of life so refreshing to see sometimes i dislike to go into a restaurant and see overdone professionalism when staff are like robots. one simple mistake was made with a drink but easily fixed and apologised by tall dark haired girl, she got a good laugh out of me and mum so so all was forgetten about with the drink reasonably priced and a lovely experience
Visited for a Birthday celebration with Family, had a lovely meal, a Lamb Roast Dinner, a Pork Roast Dinner and a Lasagne. The food was piping hot and very tasty, went early (12 Noon) when leaving, the Pub was nicely full of Diners. Had a couple of pints of very nice Three Tuns XXX, looking forward to the next time.
We came to Bishops Castle on the first night of our walking/hiking holiday. As the locals likely know (we didn't) shops and hours can be limited on Wednesdays. We arrived a bit before dinner service began, but ordered local draft beers and crisps to tide us over until dinner. The pub is the quality and cleanliness I would expect of a place of its age. The staff helped us when we needed anything. We ordered dinner and the food was good and portions were large. I would come back if I was in the area again.
